About Us
K W Stephens Ministries sprung out of a desire to help women, men, and seniors in need of immediate tangle goods. We are a Non-Profit 501 C (3) that show God's love of hope, healing, and restoration to victims of domestic violence, drug abuse victims and survivors, senior assistance, and homelessness through our U-Turn Family Services and the Ozie Foundation. We equip, empower, and restore hope to socially and economically disadvantaged individuals.
K W Stephens helps low-income families people who are transitioning from homeless into transitional or permanent housing, or people who have just been released from a prison or shelter and are trying to make their way back into society. These people have apartments with nothing in them so they need nonperishable goods. We believe that no matter what one has done or where one has been, it is never too late to change direction because GOD ALLOWS U-TURN.
We support, advocate, and connect those in need with supportive services that increase self-sufficiency and lifelong sustainability. Our goal is to minister hope, healing, and restoration to those in need through U-Turn Family Services and the Ozie Foundation which are programs that assist with immediate material needs donated to us through our partners and individuals. Our mission is to assist underprivileged families, domestic abuse survivors, and drug abuse survivors in their immediate tangible goods like households, clothing, toiletries, and blankets to help them get on their feet.
We show our families that they can have hope again and start over by assisting them with material things that they need to start over.
We are built on the foundation of Jesus Christ.
As part of these programs, we assist with households, clothing, toiletries, prayer, support groups, and spreading the love of Jesus Christ. We also have a monthly peer-to-peer support group to help victims of trauma.
Our vision
